Maternity Leave

Monday, September 15, 2025 through
Sunday, November 2, 2025

As some of you may have heard, my husband and I are excited to greet a tiny new addition to our family in September! I will begin maternity leave on September 15th, 2025 (Due date is September 22nd so I might need to cut back sooner depending on how my body is feeling), and plan to be back to work November 3rd, 2025. 


The plan returning to work:
 Sunday: 9:00am- 5:00pm
Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-6:30pm
Wednesday: 2:00pm-6:30pm (not until Spring 2026)


The first few weeks with our baby will definitely be an adjustment period, and I’m looking forward to devoting time to baby. I will be monitoring emails periodically and happy to get back to you about any questions. 


If you would like to book a massage with Teagan during the time I will be on maternity leave she would be happy to work with you. As some as you might remember Teagan was an employee with Scrape for a year and is trained in Gua Sha and is an incredible massage therapist. She is now sub-leasing the office with me and has her own business. Her available days at the Scrape office are Friday's and Saturday's. I will leave her info below in this email.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel an appointment. There is no fee as long as cancelation is before 24 hours of the service. It does end up effecting Scrape when it's within 24 hours of the treatment since it's hard to get that space filled in that short time frame. If there is a cancelation within 24 hours of service I will charge the card on file half of the service amount. No-shows are charged for full price of appointment. If you are sick or an emergency comes up I will waive fee.
